Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a seasoned professional for the Transmission quality area. You will analyze customer complaints, drive KAIZEN-driven process improvements, and audit adherence to SOPs with ongoing product audits on the Transmission line.

Responsibilities include reducing line rejections, monitoring MCAR/CVL times, and resolving critical ORC issues while pursuing first-time-right improvements in a fast-paced automotive environment.

• 10-12 years of experience in automotive industry, in quality domain.
