Job summary

Kaabil is seeking a MQA Hydraulic QA professional for the Zaheerabad plant. The role focuses on manufacturing QA, quality assurance, and ensuring high-quality hydraulics assemblies.

Responsibilities include audits, state-of-the-art QA tools, and smooth launches of new variants. Prior experience in hydraulic assembly and ISO/TS environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma Mechanical with 7–8 years of experience or BE with 3–5 years.
• Experience in quality assurance in assembly plants, hydraulics preferred.
• Knowledge of quality tools and problem solving methods.

Responsibilities

• Hydraulics aggregate assembly and testing of tractors.
• Functional testing and field implement knowledge essential.
• Ensure quality via product and process audits.
• Quality assurance in hydraulic assembly on the line.
• Handle product and process audits on assembly line.
• Apply 7 QC tools and Why-Why analysis.
• Analyze customer complaints and supplier parts for corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) for product quality.
• Implement Poka-yoke to prevent human error.
• Monitor SOP/SOS adherence with SPC and MSA studies.
• Coordinate Engineering Change Management and new model launches.
• Exposure to ISO 9001, TS 16949 systems.

Position Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Hydraulics Aggregate assembly / Testing of tractor
• Hydraulics functional testing and field implement application Knowledge is essential.
• Ensure quality of aggregates through Product & Process audits.
• Experience in Quality assurance function in assembly plant Hydraulic assembly.
• Handling overall Product audit and Process audit on assembly line.
• Knowledge of quality tools like 7 QC , Why Why analysis .
• Analysing customer complaints, Assembly line rejection, Supplier parts analysis and taking corrective actions, Standardizing all the Quality Procedure.
• Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.
• Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error.
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies.
• Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process,
• Smooth launch of new model / new variants.
• Exposure to Quality management systems like ISO 9001, TS 16949
