Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited invites an experienced Quality Assurance professional to join our Chakan plant. You will oversee in-process and final inspections of panels, dies and fixtures, and generate dashboards for senior management to highlight quality risks.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience and a BE/ME in Mechanical engineering. You will also conduct process audits, MSA & SPC studies, and maintain measuring instruments and safe, orderly work areas.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in quality/production.

Responsibilities

• In process & Final inspection of the Panels, Dies & Fixtures.
• Generating Quality indicator dashboard for Senior Management reviews highlighting key quality risks.
• To carry out Different Audits like Process Audit & GNODA-C / GNOFA-C Audit.
• To carry MSA & SPC study
• To maintain the Measuring Instruments, Accessories, Material handling equipment in good working condition.
• To maintain the safe working condition & good house keeping in the Department
