Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in India seeks a senior Quality Leader to strengthen the concern resolution structure for agile problem solving and solution development in EV and auto programs.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience in quality functions, BE/ BTech or ME/ MTech, and expertise in structured methods like 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEA.

Qualifications

• Experience with 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEA.
• Experience in DFMEA/PFMEA, control plans, and design guidelines.
• BE/BTech or ME/MTech with automotive quality experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone (Ishikawa), FMEA.
• Ensure true root causes are identified and verified.
• Incorporate corrective actions into DFMEA/PFMEA, Control Plans, and design guidelines.
• Capture lessons learned and deploy across current and future programs.
• Visit plant and supplier locations for process/quality confirmations.

• > Identify pain points and lead customer experience improvement projects.
• > Track and facilitate improvement in customer satisfaction.
• > Visit Plant and supplier locations for Process/Quality Confirmations
