Job summary

Invesco Mutual Fund in Mumbai seeks a product professional to support the development, launch and lifecycle management of passive investment products including ETFs and index funds.

You will drive end-to-end execution, analytics, and cross-functional coordination to build a scalable passive product platform, with a focus on accuracy and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years in asset management, ETFs, passive funds, or product roles.
• Experience with ETFs, index funds, or quant products preferred.
• Candidates from AMC product teams or index providers.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end launch of passive products, incl. notes, feasibility analysis, benchmarking, and filings.
• Coordinate with investments, compliance, ops, and legal to ensure timely launches.
• Create product notes, FAQs, and training materials for distribution teams.
• Support sales with data, competitor comparisons, and insights.
• Collaborate with marketing on passive education content.
• Monitor tracking error, tracking difference, liquidity, spreads and volumes.

Support thedevelopment, launch, and lifecycle management of passive investment productsincluding ETFs, index funds, and factor strategies. The role will focus onexecution, analytics, and cross-functional coordination to build a scalablepassive product platform.

Principal Accountabilities:

• 1. ProductDevelopment & Launch Execution
• Support end-to-end launch of passiveproducts:
• Product notes and feasibilityanalysis
• Benchmark and index evaluation
• Expense modeling and positioning
• Regulatory documentation (SID/KIM,filings)
• Coordinate with internal teams(investments, compliance, ops, legal).
• Create product notes, FAQs, andtraining material for distribution teams.
• Support sales with data, competitorcomparisons, and insights.
• Work with marketing on passiveeducation content.
• 3. Analytics& Monitoring
• Tracking error and trackingdifference
• Cash drag and rebalancing impact
• Monitor ETF liquidity, spreads, andvolumes.
• Work with market makers andexchanges to improve secondary market efficiency.
• 4 . ProductResearch
• Conduct market research on:
• Support development of new productideas and white spaces.
• Prepareperiodic product reviews:
• AUM trends
• Performance vs peers
• Profitability metrics
• Support product repositioning or rationalizationdecisions.
