Job summary

Invesco MF is seeking a Dealer - Passive to manage trading and operational activities for passive investment products including ETFs and index funds. You will reconcile cash positions, monitor fund flows, and coordinate with market makers while ensuring accurate trade executions and timely updates to the Fund Manager.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of available cash positions across portfolios.
• Daily position reconciliation of Index Funds and ETFs with benchmark index compositions.
• Track daily fund flows for each portfolio and update models for creation/redemption/rebalancing.
• Execute daily trades for passive funds using Bloomberg or equivalent platforms; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide daily portfolio updates to Fund Manager and maintain execution plans and summaries.
• Liaise with market makers to ensure liquidity and tight bid-ask spreads for ETFs.
• Maintain and circulate periodic MIS reports; develop and present monthly dashboards and reports.

Position Purpose:

The Dealer - Passive will be responsible for executing and monitoring all trading and operational activities related to passive investment products, including ETFs and Index Funds. The role requires strong analytical, execution, and coordination skills to ensure efficient portfolio management, accurate tracking, and seamless market operations.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Performdaily reconciliation of available cash positions across all portfolios.
• Conductdaily position reconciliation of Index Funds and ETFs with their respective benchmark index compositions.

Fund Flow & Portfolio Management

• Trackdaily fund flows for each portfolio.
• Updateinternal models to determine creation, redemption, and rebalancing requirements.
• Assistin maintaining optimal portfolio alignment with benchmark indices.

Trade Execution

• Executedaily trades for passive funds as directed by the Fund Manager usingBloomberg or equivalent trading platforms.
• Ensureaccuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all trade executions.
• Providedaily portfolio updates to the Fund Manager, including positions,deviations, and required trade actions.
• Prepareand maintain trade plans and execution summaries.

Market Coordination

• Liaisewith market makers to ensure continuous liquidity and tight bid-askspreads for ETFs.
• Monitortrading activity to maintain efficient market functioning.

MIS & Analytics

• Maintainand circulate periodic MIS reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Trackpeer group performance and passive industry trends.
• Developand present monthly analytical dashboards and reports.
