POSITION:

Deputy Manager -Products

Position Purpose:

To support marketing and product teams in the dailyactivities. This is a junior level position and will work under the supervisionof managers. The candidate should be open to learn new things and grow on thejob.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Assistingthe marketing & product team to complete daily tasks
• Proofreading of marketing and product collaterals
• Supervisionof production of marketing collaterals.
• Generationof daily reports using software tools
• DTPsupport – as and when need arises the candidate will have to provide DTPsupport. Candidate can be trained.
• Vendormanagement / billings / inventory management of marketing collateralsetc.
• Co-ordinationwith other departments including branches, admin etc.
• Logisticsupport – The candidate will have to co-ordinate with branches, ascertain theirrequirements for marketing collateral and arrange for dispatches – maintainreports / stock level reports
• Eventssupport on ground.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, andCertifications:

• Comprehensiveknowledge of computers / MS Office (mainly excel) proficiency
• Effectivecommunication skills – should know basic English
• Mustbe organized, patient and attentive to detail
