• Lead, mentor, and monitor the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality hiring.
• Work closely with business leaders on manpower planning and workforce forecasting.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines through job portals, referrals, vendors, and social platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring SLAs.
• Ensure recruitment processes follow company policies and compliance standards.
