Job summary

Piramal Pharma Ltd in Mumbai seeks a Deputy General Manager–Mergers & Acquisitions to lead the evaluation of acquisition targets and manage the end-to-end transaction process with business teams and external advisors.

You will support sourcing, coordinate due diligence, build valuation models, and present options to senior management, helping shape M&A strategy across Pharma Solutions, Critical Care, and Consumer Products.

• Manage and support execution of M&A projects - lead evaluation of acquisition targets with the business teams and advisors, coordinate with the counter party, valuation and other related activities through closing of a transaction
• Support sourcing activity - Industry evaluation, target sourcing, track potential M&A targets in line with company / business investment strategy
