Job summary

NIIT Foundation (NF) is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee training delivery across centres in South Delhi. You will ensure timely batches, monitor schedules, and align activities with project objectives and job readiness requirements.

The role requires 1-3 years of experience in training management within NGOs, with a focus on quality assurance, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. You will drive blended learning and ensure donor compliance while supporting placement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
• 13 years of experience in training delivery, training management, or program implementation.
• Experience in skill development, livelihood, or CSR-funded training projects preferred.
• Prior NGO/Training institute experience is advantageous.
• Good communication and facilitation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, training, MIS/reporting systems.
• Strong understanding of vocational training and employability skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of training batches across training centres and monitor training schedules, attendance, batch progress, and completion rates.
• Align training delivery with project objectives, timelines, employability skills, and job readiness requirements.
• Conduct classroom observations, training audits, and quality assurance checks to maintain standards.
• Track learner progress, assessment results, and certification outcomes.
• Implement corrective actions to improve training effectiveness.
• Maintain training MIS, LMS/Pulse attendance records, and documentation for monitoring, reporting, and audits.
• Prepare periodic progress and outcome reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Facilitate industry engagement including guest sessions, exposure visits, and career readiness activities.
• Coordinate with operations, placement, partnerships, and marketing for project implementation and visibility.
• Deliver standardized NIIT Foundation curriculum while adapting to local needs.
• Integrate digital tools and blended learning techniques in delivery.
• Support placement targets and monitor post-placement retention.
• Ensure compliance with donor guidelines, project requirements, and policies.

Requirements
