Job summary

Job Description

• Organize and coordinate student engagementactivities and initiatives
  
• Calling and follow up on admission leads toachieve batch launch, admission conversion targets and maintaining daily callingprogress
  
• Connect to irregular students to retain them inprogram and handle student queries and provide timely support
  
• Ensure effective communication between studentsand the support team
  
• Maintain consistent communication with studentsregarding schedules, updates, and relevant announcements
  
• Collect and analyse feedback from students abouttraining sessions to identify areas for improvement
  
• Ensurefull adherence to and implementation of the Data protection
  
• Open to perform additional tasks as assigned bythe supervisor
  
• Managing internal systems (LMS/Pulse), maintainingMIS, other reports of student attendance, activity, engagement logs and programsuccess
  
• Coordinate with College/ITI/Other InstitutionSPOCs for aligning the training session
  

Requirements

• Computer & basic technical proficiency (MSOffice, Google drive, emails, record keeping, online meeting platforms)
  
• Prior experience in student engagement,counselling, or customer service is a plus
  
• Comfortable working with youth and managinggroup dynamics
  
• Must be open for travelling for supporting invarious activities during the project
