NIIT Foundation is seeking an experienced BFSI trainer to deliver classroom and online sessions in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance to underprivileged youth in Delhi. You will prepare curriculum-aligned materials, conduct assessments, and support placement readiness.

NIIT Foundation (NF) is a not-for-profit education society ( NGO ) set up by the promoters of NIIT in 2004. Its mission is to positively impact the underprivileged of the country through educational initiatives and skill development programs . NIIT Foundation, an Education NGO has a mandate to reach the unreached, uncared and unattended to ensure inclusive development of India.
To shape the mandate, NIIT Foundation has begun a number of programs like donate for child education, skill development, Financial literacy and all, that positively impact the underserved of the country through various educational interventions. The intent of NF is to better understand the education and employability issues at the grassroots level. The organisation builds corporate and ngo partnerships for sustainable development.
Deliver classroom and online training sessions in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.
Prepare session plans, training materials, assessments, and practical activities as per curriculum guidelines.
Train students on banking operations, insurance products, financial services, customer handling, sales, and digital banking concepts.
Conduct interactive learning sessions including role plays, case studies, mock interviews, and presentations.
Ensure student attendance, participation, discipline, and learning outcomes.
Conduct pre-assessments and post-assessments to track student progress.
Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and placement readiness support to students.
Maintain attendance records, MIS reports, assessments, feedback forms, and training documentation.
Coordinate with placement and mobilization teams for student enrollment and job opportunities.
Support field activities, community outreach, mobilization drives, counselling sessions, and awareness campaigns for student enrollment.
Support center activities and parent counseling whenever required.
Strong knowledge of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector.
Good understanding of banking products, insurance, KYC, customer service, and sales processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Good command of MS Office and digital learning tools.
Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
Ability to motivate and mentor youth for employment opportunities.
Knowledge of BFSI certifications like NISM/NCFM will be an added advantage.
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, Management, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in BFSI training, teaching, or banking/financial sector.
Prior experience in skill development projects or NGO sector preferred.
