Job summary

NIIT Foundation seeks an energetic Education Trainer to prepare sessions, conduct classes as per guidelines, and deliver program materials in Delhi. Experience in community outreach and centre support is a plus.

You will ensure attendance, encourage active participation, provide career counselling to support job placements, and maintain progress reports and MIS (Encore). You will also contribute to documenting success stories and assisting the placement process.

Qualifications

• Graduate with at least 1 year of training experience.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and oral.
• Comfortable training students and engaging with diverse learning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sessions based on training guidelines and program materials.
• Conduct classes according to the schedule and methodology.
• Ensure student attendance and active participation in sessions.
• Provide counselling to students as needed to support job placements.
• Maintain progress reports, handle internal MIS (Encore), and manage day-to-day reporting.
• Assist with student mobilisation in the local community and support centre infrastructure.
• Develop and document success stories of students.
• Support the placement process for students.
