Job summary

NIIT Foundation in South Delhi is seeking a training professional to manage batches, monitor schedules and completion rates across centres. You will ensure delivery aligns with project objectives and implement employability skills and job readiness requirements.

Responsibilities include classroom observations, quality checks, MIS/LMS maintenance, and regular reporting. You will collaborate with operations, placement, and partnerships teams to enhance project visibility and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Preferred fields: Education, HR, Social Work, or Management.
• 1–3 years in training delivery or program implementation.
• Experience in skill development, livelihood, or CSR-funded training preferred.
• NGO or development sector experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of training batches across centres and monitor schedules, attendance, batch progress, and completion rates.
• Ensure training delivery aligns with project objectives & timelines with employability skills and job readiness requirements.
• Conduct classroom observations, training audits, and quality assurance checks to maintain training standards.
• Track learner progress, assessment results, and certification outcomes.
• Maintain training MIS, LMS/Pulse attendance records, and documentation for monitoring, reporting, and audit purposes.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on training progress and outcomes.
• Facilitate industry engagement including guest/experts sessions, exposure visits, and career readiness activities.
• Coordinate with operations, placement, and partnership teams for project implementation and visibility.
• Ensure delivery of standardized NIIT Foundation curriculum and adapt methods for local/sector needs.
• Integrate digital tools, blended learning techniques, and interactive methodologies in training delivery.
• Support placement team in achieving targets and track post-placement retention.
• Ensure compliance with donor guidelines, project requirements, and organizational policies.
