Responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of technical trainers to deliver high-quality training sessions.
• Plan, organize, and ensure daily training sessions with scheduling and logistics.
• Develop and update training curriculum with subject matter experts to ensure relevance.
• Monitor training quality and implement improvements to address gaps.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; arrange expert sessions.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for training programs and ROI.
• Track training metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
• Support placement activities for batch graduates and connect candidates with opportunities.

Job Description

TrainingManager

Key Responsibilities

Team Management:

• Manage and guide a team of technical trainers todeliver high-quality training sessions.
• Trainer deployment for batches and loadmanagement of Trainer
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and support totrainers to enhance their skills and performance

Session DeliveryPlanning:

• Plan, organize, and ensure effective executionof training sessions on a daily basis
• Ensure timely scheduling of batches , venuearrangement, and logistics management

Capacity Building:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance theskills, knowledge, and abilities of trainers and participants.
• Identify training needs and arranging training anddesign programs to address gaps and improve overall performance
• Identifying the need of courses to be offered tooffer relevant Program to beneficiaries
• Design, develop, and update training curriculumto ensure relevance and effectiveness
• Collaborate with subject matter experts tocreate engaging and informative content

Quality Assurance (adherenceof QMS )

• Fortnightly review of trainers on contentscoverage to address slippages and leakages
• Monitor and evaluate training sessions to ensurehigh-quality delivery and effectiveness
• Implement quality control measures to maintainstandards and improve continuously
• Random check of classes
• Students feedback

StakeholderManagement:

• Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensurealignment and support for training initiatives
• Build relationships with external partners andvendors to enhance training capabilities
• Arranging Subject expert/Industry expertsessions
• Arranging PTM of all the batches

Budgeting andResource Management:

• Manage training budgets and resources to ensureefficient utilization and ROI
• Plan and allocate resources effectively tosupport training initiatives

Reporting andAnalytics:

• Track and analyse training metrics to measureeffectiveness and impact
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders todemonstrate value and progress

Placements:

• Students profiling to ensure readiness for job
• Support to placement team for offering placementdrives. Ensuring all eligible candidates are attending interviews
