Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience in engagement, counselling, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with youth and managing group dynamics.
• Willingness to travel for various project activities.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate student engagement activities and initiatives.
• Call and follow up on admission leads to achieve batch launch and conversion targets.
• Connect with irregular students to retain them and handle queries with timely support.
• Ensure effective communication between students and the support team.
• Maintain schedules, updates, and announcements for students.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions for improvements.
• Coordinate with Colleges/ITI/Other Institution SPOCs for training sessions.

Job Description

• · Organize and coordinate student engagementactivities and initiatives
  
• · Calling and follow up on admission leads toachieve batch launch, admission conversion targets and maintaining daily callingprogress

• · Maintain consistent communication with studentsregarding schedules, updates, and relevant announcements

• · Open to perform additional tasks as assigned bythe supervisor
  
• · Managing internal systems (LMS/Pulse), maintainingMIS, other reports of student attendance, activity, engagement logs and programsuccess

Requirements
