Job Summary

The ERP Coordinator is responsible for managing, supporting, and coordinating the organization's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. The role involves assisting users, maintaining data accuracy, coordinating with vendors and departments, and ensuring smooth ERP operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the ERP system on a daily basis.
• Provide user support and resolve ERP-related issues.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure proper ERP usage.
• Maintain and update master data in the ERP system.
• Conduct user training and prepare user manuals/SOPs.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors for troubleshooting and system enhancements.
