Job summary

Seven Consultancy in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking a data management and inventory operations professional to accurately record materials in ERP, verify stock entries against GRNs, and generate stock reports and dispatch notes. The role requires meticulous data entry, ERP familiarity, and strong attention to accuracy.

You will compile inventory data from paper records and electronic files to support internal teams, ensuring stock levels are up to date and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

Qualifications

• Accurately input and maintain records of material receipts, issues, and stock levels in ERP software
• Verify stock entries against GRNs, issue slips, challans and rectify discrepancies
• Generate and issue material slips, stock reports, and dispatch notes from ERP as required
• Compile and retrieve inventory data from paper records, electronic files, and ERP for internal teams
