Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn ERP modules, workflows, and system processes.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Stores, Production, and Planning teams for data collection.
• Upload, validate, and maintain master data in the ERP system.
• Track implementation activities and ensure timely completion.
• Assist in ERP testing, process mapping, and user acceptance activities.
• Support end-users during implementation and post-go-live.

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy ERP Implementation Executive to support the rollout of our ERP system across Merchandising, Stores, Production, and Planning departments. The role requires a strong understanding of software systems, business processes, and data management. The selected candidate will work closely with department heads and the ERP implementation team to ensure accurate system setup, data migration, user adoption, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand ERP modules, workflows, and system processes
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Stores, Production, and Planning teams for data collection and verification
• Upload, validate, and maintain master data within the ERP system
• Track implementation activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Identify missing, inaccurate, or incomplete data and coordinate corrective actions
• Assist in ERP testing, process mapping, and user acceptance activities
• Support end-users during implementation and post-go-live stages
• Generate ERP reports and monitor data accuracy
• Work closely with management and ERP consultants to drive project success
