Blitz is seeking an Operations Lead for Quick Commerce / Dark Store and Last Mile delivery. You will own store and hub performance across operations, inventory, SLA and dispatch, while planning peak-hour manpower and rider allocation.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, compliance, and daily KPI tracking to optimize last-mile results. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in last mile operations, strong knowledge of inventory & dispatch, and proven people management with a hands-on,

• 3+ years in Quick Commerce / Dark Store / Last Mile operations.
• Strong knowledge of operations, inventory & dispatch.
• Proven people management & shift leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end store & hub performance across ops, inventory, SLA & dispatch.
• Manage peak-hour manpower and rider allocation to meet demand.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO compliance & shrinkage control.
• Drive last-mile performance including rider productivity & TAT.
• Ensure safety, compliance, cost control & daily KPI tracking.
