Beyond Border Consultants is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Manager in India to lead end-to-end logistics and fulfillment for our D2C e-commerce operations. You will drive inbound/outbound processes, inventory accuracy, and on-time dispatch across Tier 1–3 cities, balancing speed with accuracy.

In this role, you will implement SOPs for safety and quality, mentor a team, and partner with logistics to ensure seamless handoffs to last-mile carriers while scaling capacity for high-volume cycles.

Formación

• Experience leading warehouse operations in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Proficient in inventory control, order fulfillment, and KPI-based management.
• Ability to implement safety and quality SOPs to drive efficiency.
• Experience with warehouse automation tools is a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound/receiving, inventory management, picking/packing, and dispatch for D2C orders.
• Implement and enforce SOPs for safety, quality, and efficiency, reducing errors and improving turnaround time.
• Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and associates using KPI-based monitoring.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for seamless handoffs to last-mile carriers.
• Utilize WMS to track inventory accuracy, report discrepancies, and forecast capacity needs.
• Drive automation readiness and continuous process improvements to scale operations.

About the Opportunity

A dynamic and scaling D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) e-commerce company in India is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end logistics and fulfillment operations. We operate at the intersection of technology, speed, and customer experience—building agile, tech-enabled supply chains that deliver exceptional service across Tier 1 to Tier 3 cities. This role is critical to scaling our fulfillment backend while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency under high-pressure volume cycles.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound/receiving, inventory management, picking/packing, and dispatch for D2C orders.
• Implement and enforce SOPs for safety, quality, and efficiency — reducing error rates, improving turnaround time, and optimizing labor utilization.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse supervisors and associates, driving accountability, productivity, and culture through KPI-based monitoring.
• Partner with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless handoff to last-mile carriers and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) platforms to track inventory accuracy, report discrepancies, and forecast capacity needs.
• Drive automation readiness and continuous process improvement initiatives to reduce manual handling and scale operations sustainably.
