We are a house of D2C brands (TMRW) scaling our B2B channels — marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms, modern trade, and general-trade distributors. This role owns the end-to-end movement of goods into these channels: from PO receipt to on-time, in-full, compliant delivery. You will be accountable for fill rates, freight economics, and channel SLA compliance, while building the systems and team to support multi-channel growth without compromising our consumer (D2C) operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) performance across all B2B channels — marketplace vendor portals (Amazon, Flipkart), quick-commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart), modern trade chains, and warehouse.
- Ensure end-to-end PO-to-delivery compliance: ASN accuracy, vendor management, E-way bill management, appointment scheduling, and GRN reconciliation.
- Drive down channel chargebacks, debit notes, and SLA penalties through root-cause fixes, not just dispute management.
- Manage inbound/outbound freight across FTL, mostly LTL, and surface modes; optimise cost-per-unit and lane efficiency.
- Negotiate and manage 3PL and transporter contracts; build SLAs and performance scorecards.
- Own statutory and documentation compliance (e-way bills, invoicing, tax docs) for B2B movements.
Inventory & planning interface
- Partner with demand planning to allocate inventory movement (forward, reverse and RTO) based on the monthly plan
- Manage channel-specific inventory commitments, returns/RTV flows and documentation.
Systems, process & team
- Hands-on experience in managing TMS (Transport Management System) and WMS (preferably Unicommerce)
- Build SOPs and scalable processes for onboarding new B2B accounts and channels.
- Drive WMS/OMS and vendor-portal integrations with the Tech/Product team.
KPIs You'll Own
- Fill rate / OTIF % by channel
- Chargeback and SLA-penalty value (₹ and % of GMV)
- Freight cost as % of B2B revenue
- PO-to-dispatch and dispatch-to-delivery TAT
- Inventory accuracy and channel-wise performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years in supply chain/fulfilment, with at least 3–4 years in B2B distribution, channel logistics, or key-account operations.
- Hands-on experience with marketplace/quick-commerce vendor operations and/or modern-trade and distributor supply chains.
- Strong grasp of freight management, 3PL governance, and warehouse operations.
- Data-fluent (Excel is a must); comfortable owning a cost and service P&L view.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or supply-chain certification (CSCP, Lean Six Sigma) a plus.
What Sets a Strong Candidate Apart
- Has scaled B2B channels inside a D2C or FMCG brand and knows where consumer-grade and trade-grade operations conflict.
- Treats compliance penalties as an ops-design problem, not a finance line item.
- Builds for scale — process and systems first, firefighting last.
