Job summary

DMart is seeking an MEP Execution professional for Chennai-based projects with 3–7 years of relevant experience. The role involves managing MEP vendors, overseeing electrical, HVAC, fire, and plumbing works, and ensuring cost control across sites. On-site decision making and strong communication are essential.

Candidates should have a BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical and be willing to travel across states to support multiple construction sites. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in MEP works across electrical, HVAC, fire and plumbing.
• Experience with on-site decision making and cost control.
• Willing to travel to multiple construction sites.

- Ability to handle MEP vendors for seamless execution

- Good hands -on experience on MEP works - Electrical , HVAC , Fire

Fighting , plumbing works etc

- Must have ability to take quick decision making on construction sites

- Good communication/ interpersonal skills

- Must have good knowledge of best practices on MEP -construction

industry

- Willing to travel to various construction sites across states

-Knowledge of cost control for a large contracting company or Developer.
