Job summary

Onefold Designs Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks an MEP Lead to drive end-to-end execution of plumbing and electrical systems for premium interiors and corporate spaces.

You will plan, monitor, and coordinate MEP activities to ensure timely completion and quality adherence, working with clients, consultants, and internal teams. The role requires 8–15 years' MEP experience, strong drawing interpretation skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• 8–15 years of experience in MEP execution for commercial interiors, corporate offices, or building projects.
• Strong expertise in Plumbing and Electrical systems is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of MEP works with focus on Plumbing and Electrical systems.
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate MEP activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP services.
• Monitor subcontractors, vendor performance, and material procurement.
• Identify and resolve site coordination issues between Civil, Interior, and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare project progress reports, material reconciliations, and billing support.
• Ensure execution is completed within approved budget and project schedule.

Preferred candidate profile

• 815 years of experience in MEP execution for commercial interiors, corporate offices, or building projects.
• Strong expertise in Plumbing and Electrical systems is mandatory.
• Good understanding of Fire Fighting, HVAC, ELV, and Building Services coordination.
• Ability to interpret MEP drawings, BOQs, and construction documents.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in handling multiple projects and coordinating with consultants and clients.
• Willin\G to travel to project sites as required.
