Job summary

DMart is seeking an MEP Execution professional to oversee electrical, HVAC, fire fighting and plumbing works across Rajasthan, Gujarat and Delhi. The role requires coordination with vendors, site leadership and timely execution of complex MEP installations.

Candidate should hold a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical, with 3–7 years of relevant experience, and be willing to travel as projects demand. Autocad experience is preferred and relocation may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• Experience in MEP works across electrical, HVAC, fire fighting and plumbing.
• Willingness to travel across multiple states and relocate for projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with MEP vendors for on-time project execution.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing works.
• Support cost control and procurement for large contracting/development projects.
• Communicate effectively with site teams and management to ensure compliance.
• Make quick decisions on construction sites as needs arise.

Major Roles and Responsibilities

• - Ability to handle MEP vendors for seamless execution
• - Good hands -on experience on MEP works - Electrical , HVAC , Fire Fighting , plumbing works etc
• - Must have ability to take quick decision making on construction sites basis the need
• - Good communication/ interpersonal skills
• - Must have good knowledge of best practices on MEP -construction industry
• - Willing to travel to various construction sites across states
• -Knowledge of cost control for a large contracting company or Developer.
