Job summary

Repplen Projects Private Limited is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead and coordinate MEP services for high-rise building construction projects in Tamil Nadu. The role demands strong technical knowledge and hands-on site management for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.

The candidate should have 8–10 years of experience in MEP execution, with a BE/ Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP works for high-rise projects.
• Manage the execution of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and other MEP services.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Civil, QA/QC, Planning, Procurement, and subcontractor teams.
• Monitor site execution to ensure work is completed per drawings and project specs.
• Ensure MEP works meet project schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, vendors, and subcontractors for technical requirements.
• Monitor material requirements, procurement, delivery, and site utilization.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and statutory requirements.
• Review testing and commissioning activities and proper handover of MEP systems.
• Prepare and review progress reports and project-related documentation.
• Lead and guide MEP engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
