Job summary

VRINDA INTERNATIONAL is seeking a female candidate for a Kolkata-based BPO role with 1–3 years of voice process experience. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, and driving upsell opportunities. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is mandatory, with seamless communication across channels.

Office-based position, interviews Face-to-Face, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Immediate joiners only, salary ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Inbound or Outbound calling experience.
• Upselling / Cross-selling experience is mandatory.
• Excellent customer handling skills.
• Strong communication skills.
