Job summary

BT Group in Kolkata is hiring for an International Voice Process Associate to handle inbound calls from international customers, resolve queries on products, services, billing, and accounts, and document interactions accurately.

The role requires at least 6 months of international voice process experience, excellent English communication, and a willingness to work in rotational shifts with immediate joining.
