Job summary

Teleperformance Mohali is hiring for a customer support role. Working from office with 5 days a week and rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Salary starts at ₹20,000 in hand during training and ₹23,000 after training, with training and onboarding support.

Graduates or 12th with experience may apply. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are required, along with willingness to work in rotation and meet KPIs.

• Handle chats, or emails professionally.
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, orders, or complaints.
• Ensure first contact resolution (FCR) and maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Follow SOPs and adhere to quality guidelines.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels appropriately.
• Meet performance KPIs such as AHT, quality, attendance, and productivity.
• Stay updated on product/process knowledge through regular training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels appropriately.
• Meet performance KPIs such as AHT, quality, attendance, and productivity.
• Stay updated on product/process knowledge through regular training sessions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (Any stream). or12th with 6 months experience
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates an apply.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills (English )
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and 5-day work week (2 weekly offs).

• Customer-centric attitude with empathy and patience.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in BPO / customer service / voice process is a plus.
