Job summary

TP in Mohali is seeking a Customer Support Executive (Chat Process) for a full-time, on-site role. The candidate will handle chat-based customer queries, provide accurate solutions, and maintain high satisfaction levels. Freshers are welcome, with English and Hindi proficiency and basic computer skills expected.

Immediate joiner preferred, with rotational shifts and WFO/virtual interview options. Location: Mohali; Working days: 5 per week; Shift: Rotational (247).

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates considered.
• Good communication in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through the chat support channel in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team whenever required.
