This role includes managing and tracking each move, assigning jobs to crews, monitoring job progress in real time, handling additional hours, calculating bills and maintaining clear communication to deliver a high-quality customer experience. Conduct video interviews, presentations, and pre-screening sessions for U.S.-based movers.
