A leading BPO provider is hiring for an International US Voice Process position in Mumbai with a salary range of 38k to 42k, plus unlimited incentives for freshers. Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in international BPO are preferred, but freshers are also welcome. The position involves US night shifts with centralized pickup and home drop facilities. Excellent communication skills in English are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification of SSC/HSC/Graduate.
• Recent 6 months-1 year experience in International BPO.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Handle US voice calls during the night shift.
