Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, sales, business development, or logistics coordination
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Comfortable speaking with US-based clients over calls and emails
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours
Basic understanding of logistics, freight, supply chain, or transportation industry preferred
Experience with B2B communication or US processes will be an added advantage
