Job summary

EduFin, based in Chennai, invites applications for a customer support and sales role. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, explain products, and nurture leads to convert them into sales.

You will maintain CRM records, follow up on inquiries, strive to meet targets, and ensure customer satisfaction while building a robust lead database. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Qualifications
