Job summary

TP is seeking Customer Support Executives for a leading customer service process in India. The role requires excellent English communication and experience in customer support to build a career with a reputed organization.

The candidate will handle chat and voice queries, document interactions, and meet quality and SLA targets while working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment. WFH or WFO options may be available depending on batch requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
