Job summary

EazeRecruit HR Private Limited in Ahmedabad seeks an experienced Shipping Coordinator to manage customer inquiries by email and phone, and to track domestic and international shipments.

You will liaise with courier, freight, and pallet carriers, investigate delays, update customers proactively, and ensure bookings and shipment data are accurate in our CRM. You will collaborate closely with our UK and India teams to maintain smooth operations.

• Managing customer enquiries mainly by email and telephone
• Tracking domestic and international shipments
• Liaising with courier, freight, and pallet carriers
• Investigating delayed, missing, or problematic shipments
• Updating customers proactively
• Handling complaints professionally
• Following up with carriers until issues are resolved
• Processing bookings and checking shipment information
• Dealing with urgent same-day and time-sensitive shipments
• Maintaining accurate records within our systems/CRM
• Working closely with our UK and India teams
