Job summary

Zoho is seeking an energetic, persuasive support and engagement professional to join our outbound engagement team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The core responsibility is to connect with previously active driver-partners, understand inactivity reasons, and proactively invite them back to the platform.

You will initiate outbound calls, address concerns with empathy, present the platform’s value, and track feedback to improve engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, tele-sales, or outbound calling role.
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
• High energy, multitasking ability, and comfort working with targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Excel; experience with CRM or engagement platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to inactive driver-partners and understand their reasons for leaving the platform.
• Identify and address dissatisfaction, concerns, or misconceptions with clarity and empathy.
• Use persuasive communication and sales techniques to convey the benefits of rejoining the platform.
