Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field.
• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in customer support.
• Excellent communication, listening, verbal and written skills.
• Multilingual: English, Hindi, Gujarati.
• Proficient MS Office and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls / make outgoing calls as required.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Identify and route issues to the appropriate contact or channel.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Research required information using available resources.
• Document all call information according to SOPs.
• Identify trends in customer calls and alert management.
• Follow up on customer calls as necessary.
• Support inbound chat with empathy and professionalism.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure quick, clear solutions.
