Job summary

Policybazaar is hiring a customer support executive (voice) in Gurugram, Haryana. The shift is 10 AM to 7 PM with a salary budget of 2.55 LPA to 3 LPA for freshers, and experienced candidates may receive hikes up to 4 LPA.

Strong English command is required for effective communication. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, outbound follow-ups, resolving product/service issues, updating CRM, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
