ISHMEET CONSULTANCY PVT LTD in Mumbai is hiring an experienced Customer Support Executive to handle Adobe Blended Process (chat + voice) for international customers. You will engage with clients professionally, resolve queries, and contribute to sales through upselling and cross-selling.

The role requires at least 1 year of International BPO experience, comfort with SaaS/digital products, and the ability to work within a 30 km radius of the office.

ISHMEET CONSULTANCY PVT LTD is hiring experienced professionals for the Adobe Blended Process (Chat + Voice) at our Mumbai center. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of International BPO experience and strong communication skills.

As a Customer Support Executive, you will:

• Handle both chat and voice support for Adobe customers
• Manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently
• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience
• Experience in Tech Support, Customer Service, Sales/Retention, or Upselling/Cross-selling
• Preferred background: SaaS / Digital domain
• Maximum overall experience: 6 years
• Age limit: Up to 35 years
• Must reside within a 30 KM radius of the office
• Healthcare Sales experience is not eligible
