Teleperformance in Gurugram is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Specialist for the Adobe Process. This voice/chat blended role focuses on upselling while addressing customer inquiries from office-based work shifts.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of documented customer-facing or sales experience, graduation, and strong English communication (C1+). Local Delhi/NCR residents only are considered.

We are hiring high-performing Customer Service & Sales Specialists for the prestigious Adobe Process at Teleperformance. This is a Voice/Chat Blended role that requires managing customer queries while driving hardcore upselling to meet monthly business targets. Salary & Compensation

• For 1 to 2 Years of Experience: Up to 42,000 CTC (includes 2,000 Performance Linked Incentive) | ~32,000 In-hand
• For 2+ Years of Experience: Up to 43,000 CTC (includes 2,000 Performance Linked Incentive) | ~33,000 In-hand

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduation is Mandatory (Any stream).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of documented experience (on papers) in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Communication Skills: Near-native English proficiency (C1 level & above). Excellent written and verbal communication are required.
• Location Constraint: Open only to local Delhi/NCR candidates (No outstation candidates).
