Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues over voice calls for US clients with high resolution quality.
• Identify customer needs during support interactions and naturally recommend relevant product upgrades, add-ons, or premium features.
• Maintain a healthy balance between Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and soft upselling targets.
• Overcome basic customer objections by articulating product value and benefits clearly.
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction notes in CRM systems.
• Comply with process quality guidelines, script standards, and compliance rules.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an International Voice Process (US process preferred).
• Skills: Prior exposure to soft upselling, cross-selling, or retention during support calls.
• Communication: Exceptional spoken English with a clear, near-neutral accent and active listening skills.
• Shifts: Must be flexible to work in Rotational US Night Shifts.
• Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance stream.
