Orrica Edge Llp in Indore, MP, is seeking a call center executive to handle outbound customer calls and resolve inquiries with accuracy and courtesy. You will maintain call records, follow scripts, and meet daily targets while delivering a positive experience.

The role is office-based with shifts for male candidates on a rotational schedule and day shifts for female candidates. Freshers and candidates with 6+ months of BPO experience are welcome, and Aadhaar-linked bank accounts are required for

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate.
• Experience: Freshers and candidates with 6+ months of BPO experience.
• Good English communication skills (Skill Level 4 or above).
• Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
• Must be comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction.
• Candidates must be based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
• Work From Office opportunity.
• Male candidates: Rotational shifts.
• Female candidates: Day shift.
• Experienced candidates must have supporting documents for their BPO experience.
• Freshers must have an Aadhaar-linked bank account with a nationalized bank and must not have previously worked under NAPS.
