ISCS Technologies Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is hiring for an International Inbound Voice – Customer Support Associate. The role requires 6 months of inbound international voice experience and excellent English communication (B2/C1).

You will handle international calls, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience from a telecom perspective. Shifts are rotational including US shifts; 5 days a week with 2 rotational week-offs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an inbound international voice process.
• Excellent English communication skills with B2/C1 proficiency.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including US shifts.
• Flexibility to work with rotational week offs.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
