Hack Daily is hiring a Telecaller & CRM Executive to join our growing team in Gurgaon. This role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, following up with leads, and maintaining CRM records to build strong customer relationships.

We welcome freshers with excellent English and Hindi communication. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Excel is a plus, with immediate joining and a competitive monthly salary of 25,000–30,000 INR.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in telecalling, customer support or CRM; freshers welcome.
• Strong communication in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable handling customer calls and follow-ups; willing to learn.
• Basic CRM knowledge and MS Excel a plus.
