Job summary

Be Wellness is seeking an Executive for CRM & Customer Experience to join the in‑office team in Gurgaon. You will manage day‑to‑day customer communications, execute CRM campaigns, manage WhatsApp campaigns and flows, and handle ticket resolution with timely follow‑ups.

The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, retention and outbound activity while reporting on CRM performance and metrics.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in CRM, customer support, e-commerce or telesales.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business and CRM tools.
• Organised, detail-oriented, customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle queries across WhatsApp, chat, email and calls. Resolve issues within SLAs.
• Execute campaigns, set up WhatsApp broadcasts, automated flows and customer journeys.
• Support outbound campaigns for repeat purchase and reactivation.
• Track ticket volumes, response times, prepare daily/weekly reports.
