Job summary

Onsite Teams is seeking a motivated CRM Associate to manage client relationships, support product demos, and drive offline sales. The role requires on-ground presence and strong communication in Hindi and English.

You will visit clients 1-2 times weekly, maintain interactions records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-notch service delivery. Experience in billing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hindi and English fluency required for communication with clients.
• Experience in client relationship management and billing is preferred.
• Willingness to perform offline client visits and field support.
