Job summary

Aycom Business Solutions in Delhi is seeking experienced customer support professionals to join our team and handle inbound interactions, ticketing, and coordination with on-call engineering teams to resolve customer issues.

The role requires clear English communication, a customer-oriented approach, and comfort with MS Office and CRM tools. Flexible shifts, including early morning and late night, are part of the schedule. Candidates residing in Central Delhi or nearby areas are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in international customer support or customer service, voice or blended.
• Clear spoken and written English for an international process.
• Patient, polite and calm when handling difficult customers.
• Strong listening and problem solving skills.
• Good typing speed and comfort working on a computer all day.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts, including early morning and late night shifts.
• Candidates residing near Jhandewalan or in Central Delhi, West Delhi and nearby areas, as role includes early morning and late night shifts.

Responsibilities
