Key Responsibilities

Technical Skills

• Good computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
• Strong typing and data-entry skills required (with 45 words/min 80%+ accuracy).
• Familiarity with CRM and customer support tools.
• Basic knowledge of email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Ability to handle multiple applications efficiently.
