Job summary

Autochip India in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Telecaller cum Project Coordinator to engage with clients, inform them about products, answer questions, and close deals. The role involves maintaining client databases and ensuring accurate order processing.

The candidate should have 1+ years of telecalling experience, be fluent in English and Hindi, and possess good negotiation and interpersonal skills. B.Sc/BA is preferred and CRM familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a telecaller or any similar role.
• Hindi language is mandatory.
• Knowledge of CRM and telephone systems.
• Efficient with English.

• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
